Help Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas bring its biggest fundraiser of the year to life! Volunteers are needed to prepare the ballroom, welcome guests, assist with event activities and pack up supplies at the end of the evening.

Available Shifts:

• Event Setup: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
• Event Setup: 12:00–3:00 p.m.
• During the Event: 5:00–10:00 p.m.
• Event Tear Down: 9:00–11:00 p.m.

Duties may include arranging décor and signage, organizing auction items, greeting and registering guests, selling raffle tickets, assisting at activation stations and packing event materials.

This opportunity is hosted by Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas. Volunteers must register directly with the organization.
