At the Esperanza Skills Center, TOOF is launching a new welding class, expanding the hands-on training opportunities available to our neighbors working to rebuild their lives. Welding is a high-demand, high-wage skill that opens doors to long-term employment and economic mobility. For many of the participants, this class represents more than technical training, it represents a fresh start.
